From October the 2nd 2023, certain target groups can get a corona vaccine from the GGD Kennemerland. The corona vaccine protects against serious illness and hospitalization due to corona. The vaccine is free for everyone in the Netherlands, including refugees from Ukraine.
People who are at a higher risk of becoming seriously ill from corona can get the corona vaccine this autumn.

Testing for corona is no longer necessary, inluding doing a self-test. If you have symptoms of corona, you can decide to test yourself with a corona self-test. Please follow the general advice to prevent respiratory infections. Read more on self-tests and symptoms on mijnvraagovercorona.nl

Children from Ukraine can be vaccinated against diseases such as polio, measles and rubella under the Netherlands’ national immunisation programme. The programme covers all children in the Netherlands. You can make an appointment with GGD Kennemerland to get your child vaccinated or to learn more.
